Today mum read to us some legends.
I learned that according to a legend there was a boy wanted the moon.
It took ten years to make a tower tall enough reach the moon but the moon was too hot so the boy tried and a piece of the moon fell off it burned the building and all the people fell off!
The gods took pity on them and caught them in their hands but tuned them in to monkeys for a punishment because they tried to take the moon.
I think that monkeys are cute and that boy was reallllly spoiled.

Today we painted.
I painted two pictures.
I also made a couch for a little bear I have. And I painted his plates and bowls.
One of two children playing together and the other was of an alien park.
In the first picture the children were animals.
The girl was a bear, and the boy was a cat.
Mum also read from "The Story of the World". We learned about a barbarian named Attila the Hun. The Roam emperor's sister had to marry this guy that she didn't like (he never brushed his teeth!) . She set up a letter to Attila the Hun asking if he could marry her. He sent a letter to her brother saying "I'm going to marry your sister and for a wedding present, I'd like half of Rome". Attila thought he was going to get his wife and the land, but he died of a nosebleed before he could.

I think that the emperor shouldn't have made her marry that jerk.

Today I made a bed, bed table, dinner table, three chair and a hat for a tiny bear I named "Lemon." Mum read The Story Of The World.
We learned that Jerusalem was destroyed when the Jews wanted to be there own country.
The Jews destroyed a building and the Romans thought they were getting out of hand.
I think the Jew shouldn't have destroyed the building.

Today I finished a quilt I was sewing and drew some pitchers.
Mum read from The Story Of The World.
We learned that Julius Cesar was king of a Rome.
When he wanted people to call him "King Cesar" the government got mad.
I think the
government shouldn't fret over such a small thing.
