Write Up
Today I, E and my friend acted in a play called Sinbad the sailor.
The play was about a man who wants an adventure, and oh how he did!
(Unless you think that exploring a giant fish thinking it was an island and riding on a bird called a roc who feeds on elephants to her babes is not an adventure)
I think the story of Sinbad the sailor is a fun story but i don't want to be Sinbad!

Twelfth Night
Twelfth night is a Shakespeare play.
What happens is a girl (Viola) washes up on the beach after a ship wreck with here twin brother dead (or so she thinks!).
She decides to dress up as a man because it's dangerous being a woman alone in the city.
Meanwhile a duke named Orsino is in love with Olivia, A rich woman who lives in a big house. Her brother died and her uncle, sir Tobby is trying to marry her off to a guy named sir Andrew. (a total jerk!)
So Orsino asks the girl (dressed as a boy) to tell Olivia how good he is. But since Viola looked like a boy Olivia fell in love with her.
A little later Sir Tobby And Sir Andrew came home singing. It was late one night and they were drunk then they convinced Maria (a maid) to sing with them. Then Malvolio (a very serious servant) stopped them! They got MAD!!! and so they decided to send him a letter from "Olivia" saying she wants him to wear yellow socks (she doesn't like that colour) with cross garters ( She HATES them) and smile because she loves him.
What will happen?
Will Olivia merry sir Andrew? Will she ever forgive Malvlio?

Write Up
Yesterday we went to the library.
I read a book called Mmm, Cookies! it was about a boy who loved play clay. Because he likes to turn them into face cookies and see everyone say "Yuck! Play clay!" how will they stop him? find out in Mmm, Cookies! ( Mmm, Cookies was made by Robert Munsch)

Write Up
Today we watched Brain Pop. We watched a movie about drugs.
I learned that if you try to suddenly stop doing drugs you could get sick or even die!
It is good to choose not to do drugs when you're a child: then when you grow up you aren't addicted to drugs.
Drugs can make it hard to think and makes it hard to make good decisions in your life. Sometimes you will stop having interest in a hobby.
I think that people do drugs because they want to be "cool" or because of peer pressure or because they are sad about something.
I also think that doing drugs is just plain stupid. In my church we have a word of wisdom which says that you shouldn't do drugs.
