Today we coloured in ABC books that we were giving to poor people.
Mum read "A Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens.
I learned that Scrooge was a rich man but didn't like spending it.
I think that in many stores people who seem mean have lost someone they love or something like that.

Write Up
Today we made cards.
First we had a small piece of cream coloured paper with a fold in the bottom. Then we cut parts of the bottom to make it look like two snow drifts. Then we got a black piece of paper that is the same size us the cream coloured . Then we hole punch the black paper to make stars. Then glue them together. Then we got two green fir tree shape and glued one in the middle of the card and folded the other one in half. Then we folded the card in half. Then we glued the tree on the first one in the middle of the card. Then we glued a star on top of the two trees.
It makes a pretty card. You should try it.
